Privacy Policy

It is the policy of PACIFIC SALES not to disclose any information that is provided to it by its customers to any third party, except as may be required by law. PACIFIC SALES and PURCHASER recognize and agree that PACIFIC SALES may, appropriate and as permitted by law share and disclose customer information with its subsidiaries, affiliates, parents, joint ventures, agents, employees, contractors, attorneys, owners, shareholders and other persons, businesses and entities related to Pacific Sales by common ownership or control or that require such information in connection with certain warranties or recall of merchandise/ product. PACIFIC SALES does not request or require as a condition of any credit card sale, as payment in full or in part for goods or services, that a customer (i) write any personal identification information upon a credit card transaction form or otherwise; or (ii) provide any personal identification information which is then written or recorded on a credit card transaction form or otherwise, except to the extent permitted by law, PACIFIC SALES may require, in accordance with law, that customers, a condition to accepting a credit card as payment in full or in part for goods or services, provide reasonable forms of positive identification, which may include a driver's license or a state identification card, or where one of these is not available, another form of photo identification permitted by law.
